Clothing companies to investigate factory incidents
More than two dozen global clothing brands have pledged to investigate a spate of mass faintings among Cambodian garment workers.
Among those supporting the initiative are GAP, H&M, Walmart and Target.
Cambodia has nearly 300 factories employing around 300,000 workers, making clothes for export.
Last month, nearly 300 workers fell ill in a factory supplying knitwear for H&M.
Earlier this year, Sportswear giant Puma blamed long working hours and health and safety breaches at a footwear supplier for the collapse of more than 100 employees.
