Cemetery worker sacked after dancing on grave

A US cemetery worker has been sacked after filming himself dancing on a grave and posting it online.

Colorado grave digger Christopher Redd uploaded the video - which showed him head-banging and pretending his shovel was a guitar - to social networking site Facebook as part of a competition to win Rock Jam music festival tickets.

But he didn't even get the chance to win the prize because he hadn't posted the footage on video-sharing website YouTube.

A deputy from the Mesa County Sheriff's Department issued a report stating the 27-year-old man "mimicked a rock and roll music video".

It read: "I observed that music had been attached to the video and Redd sang that he was a monster."
