Amnesty International has accused Syrian security forces of committing crimes against humanity during a deadly siege in May.

The human rights group said it has spoken to residents who escaped the violence in Talkalakh, close to the border with Lebanon

The group said the victims have described scenes of torture and deaths in custody.
