A glass of pomegranate juice could help cut stress at work, according to new research.

New research from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in Scotland found having the drink every day resulted in lower stress hormones and reduced blood pressure.

All 60 volunteers tested reported being more enthusiastic and less distressed after having the drink at work - whatever their job.
