Drug smuggling pigeon can't fly

A drug-smuggling pigeon has been captured outside a Colombian jail.

The criminal bird was discovered by two police officers a street away from Bucaramanga Prison as it struggled to fly into the correctional facility with 1.6 ounces of marijuana strapped to its back in a white paper package.
