US Senate invites BP boss to Lockerbie-release hearing

The US Senate has invited the BP boss Tony Hayward to testify at a hearing on the release of the Lockerbie bomber.

Senators are looking at whether the British oil giant influenced Scottish authorities' decision last year to release the Libyan man.
