A five-year-old girl who was rescued from a car that plunged into a UK river died today, police said.

Gabrielle Grady and her brother Ryan, six, were rescued on Thursday after the vehicle, a silver Vauxhall Vectra estate, entered the River Avon from a field at Boat Lane in Evesham, Worcestershire.
