UK poll has Conservatives beating Labour in all issues except health

British voters prefer the Conservative Party in almost every policy area, according to a poll which gives the opposition party a 19% lead over Labour.

Research by ICM for the News of the World suggests that David Cameron has won over the public on issues from law and order to schools, Afghanistan and tax.
