Hospital mistake leads to death of swine flu baby

A medical blunder has led to the death of a baby born prematurely to Spain’s first fatal swine flu victim, doctors said today.

The boy was delivered on June 29 via Caesarean section as his 28-week-pregnant mother’s condition worsened, and she died the next day.
