Man charged with threatening to kill Obama

A man was arrested in the US after authorities say he threatened on the internet to kill President-elect Barack Obama.

Steven Joseph Christopher, from Wisconsin, was arrested today by the Secret Service in Brookhaven, Mississippi, and was charged with threatening to assassinate Mr Obama for what he claimed was “the country’s own good,” according to federal prosecutors.
