Legless man steered truck while drunk

A legless US man and his friend were accused of drink driving by police who said the paraplegic was at the wheel while the other man worked the pedals.

Harvey Miller, 43, was steering the 1985 Chevrolet truck and Edwin Marzinske, 55, was operating the pedals when they were pulled over in Abbotsford, Wisconsin on August 18, police said.
