Report: Miami airport evacuated

Local Miami television station WFOR TV is reporting that US authorities found what appeared to be an explosive device in an X-ray machine at the airport.

Travelers are being warned to avoid Miami International Airport, where authorities have evacuated a terminal.

Several hundred passengers can be seen outside Terminal F with their luggage.

No more information is available yet from airport officials or police.

Passengers were evacuated from Terminal F, which serves United Airlines domestic and international flights.
