UN inspectors to witness shutdown of nuclear plant
UN inspectors have arrived in Pyongyang to monitor the shutdown of North Korea’s nuclear reactor, official Xinhua News Agency reported today.
The 10-member team was expected to head the Yongbyon facility, 60 miles northeast of the capital.
“Today we are going to the Yongbyon site,” IAEA team chief Adel Tolba said in Beijing before departure.
