However, the Supreme Court fixed July 20 to hear arguments on Maninder Pal Singh Kohli’s appeal challenging a magistrate’s earlier decision that there was enough evidence to justify sending him to Britain for trial over the 17-year-old’s rape and murder in Southampton, said A K Vali, the prosecutor.
