INDIA’S top court has suspended an arrest warrant against Hollywood star Richard Gere, for breaking public obscenity laws by kissing Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty at a public Aids awareness event last year.

India’s highest court today rejected an Indian man’s plea to stop his extradition to Britain to face trial for allegedly raping and killing Hannah Foster, an attorney said.
