Three Iraqi soldiers killed in roadside bomb attack
Three Iraqi soldiers were killed and two others injured when a roadside bomb exploded in western Baghdad today.
The attack occurred at 10.15am local time in the Sunni-dominated neighbourhood of Adil in the capital.
In the confusion after the attack, the soldiers fired their rifles near the office of Adnan al-Dulaimi, leader of the Iraqi Accordance Front, parliament’s largest Sunni Arab bloc, according to his office.
No one was injured in the shootings.
