Al-Jazeera to broadcast tape by al-Qaida number two

Al-Jazeera today said they would broadcast a tape by the No. 2 leader of the al-Qaida terror group, Ayman al-Zawahri.

The Qatari-based satellite channel did not say whether it would be a video or audio tape.
