Hamas to boycott Palestinian elections

Hamas will not participate in early elections, Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh of Hamas said today, in a harsh verbal attack on President Mahmoud Abbas.

Haniyeh denounced Abbas’ speech, in which he called for a new vote, “inflammatory”.
