Israel yet to allow Tutu fact-finding mission to Gaza

Israel appears to be dragging its feet over a fact-finding mission that was to be led by Nobel laureate Desmond Tutu to the Gaza Strip.

Archbishop Tutu wants to visit the town of Beit Hanoun where 19 civilians were killed by an Israeli artillery barrage last month.
