Interpol calls on British authorities to share details of alleged terror plot

Interpol today called for British authorities to provide details of an alleged terrorist plot to blow up several aircraft flying from Britain to the United States, in order to help other countries take security measures and help prevent similar incidents.

British officials said they had thwarted a terrorist plot to simultaneously blow up several aircraft flying to the United States using explosives smuggled in hand luggage.
