EU incentive talks with Iran cancelled

Talks between Iran and the European Union on a package of incentives designed to defuse the stand-off over Tehran’s nuclear programme will not be held as scheduled tomorrow.

No date was set for a resumption of negotiations, an Iranian official said in Brussels today.
