Bus falls from bridge and kills 24
A bus fell off a bridge and into a river south of the Chilean capital Santiago early today, killing 24 people and injuring 26.
Police said 12 of the injured passengers were in serious condition.
The bus fell into the Tinguiririca River, 85 miles south of Santiago, at about 2am local time, said police Col. Raul Retamal.
