McDonald's fries contain potential allergens

McDonald’s announced today that its fries are not completely gluten-free as it had previously thought, sparking anger among some consumers.

The food chain acknowledged that wheat and dairy ingredients – which can cause allergic or other medical reactions in some people – are used to flavour the fries.
