London hospitals on major incident alert

All London hospitals were put on major incident alert after today’s explosions.

Ambulances are bringing casualties from one of the blast scenes, a spokesman for St Mary’s Hospital at Paddington said.

The spokesman said one patient was reported as seriously injured and others had minor wounds.

The spokeswoman confirmed that St Mary’s was on a major incident alert. She said all London hospitals were currently on alert.
