France wrapping up EU Constitution campaign
The French were today wrapping up a tumultuous and divisive campaign about the future of Europe and France’s place in it.
Polls point to the likelihood that French voters will reject the European Union’s landmark constitution on Sunday. The constitution is planned as the next major step in a 50-year process of bringing together nations once divided by wars and mistrust.
