Berlin Love Parade cancelled again

Organisers of Berlin’s Love Parade said today that financial problems had forced them to cancel the techno music festival for the second straight year.

Parade organisers said they no longer had enough time to complete negotiations with potential sponsors ahead of the parade’s planned July 9 date. However, they said they were hopeful of reviving the event next year.
