Iran returns to nuclear negotiating table

Iran returned today to the negotiating table with three European countries hoping to persuade Tehran to provide assurances the Islamic regime will not build nuclear weapons.

The Paris talks, led by Britain, France and Germany, were shrouded in secrecy as they got under way at the French Foreign Ministry.
