Explosion kills one, wounds 10 in Iraq

A car bomb exploded today in the northern Iraqi city of Mosul, killing one person and wounding 10 others, hospital officials said.

The blast occurred in western Mosul’s Yarmouk neighbourhood, said Essam Youssef of the city’s Jamhouri hospital, where some of the casualties were brought.
