Sri Lankan court blast kills two

A hand grenade exploded today at a courtroom in southern Sri Lanka, killing at least two people and wounding about 35 others, police said.

The motive for the blast at the Magistrate’s Court in Embilipitiya town remained unclear, a policewoman from the area said. Police were investigating, she added.
