Snapping Tom fined for beach behaviour

A Sydney man was fined €300 today for photographing topless women at the beach with his mobile phone camera.

Peter Mackenzie, 25, pleaded guilty to offensive behaviour in taking the pictures at Sydney’s Coogee Beach.
