Earthquake shakes summit

There were no immediate reports of damage or injury from the quake, which hit at about 2.07am (8.07am Irish time). There was no immediate report of magnitude.
The quake sent dozens of people fleeing out of a local hotel and caused others to race, sobbing with fear, into a hallway.
It knocked out power at least briefly in part of San Jose, though service in other areas were unaffected.
The summit, which formally began Friday night and ends today, involves Spain, Portugal and 19 Latin American nations.
The king of Spain and presidents or prime ministers of at least 15 nations had attended, though a few had left Friday night.
Other nations were represented by vice presidents or other officials.
