Romano Prodi, president of the European Commission has said that "it is quite probable" that Michel Barnier, will be named French foreign minister.

Romano Prodi, president of the European Commission, has said that "it is quite probable" that Michel Barnier will be named French foreign minister.

Barnier is currently the EU commissioner responsible for regional policy.
