An 86-year-old German accused of the massacres of civilians, including children, as the commander of a Nazi special unit in Slovakia 59 years ago, has been arrested in Munich.

An 86-year-old German accused of the massacres of civilians, including children, as the commander of a Nazi special unit in Slovakia 59 years ago, has been arrested in Munich.

The man, identified only as Ladislav N, has been charged with 164 counts of murder.
