Spanish police foil Basque terror plot

Spanish police believe they have foiled a Basque terror plot to bomb Madrid during Christmas.

They arrested two suspected Basque militants with a car containing explosives that they had apparently planned to detonate in the capital over the Christmas holidays, officials said.
