Scores die in hospital blast in Chechnya
Scores of people were reported to have been killed in an explosion that destroyed a Russian military hospital near Chechnya today.
At least 100 soldiers were in the hospital, said an official.
A hospital official told the Interfax news agency that at least 20 people were killed and dozens of others wounded.
The car-bomb blast destroyed the hospital in the town of Mozdok in the North Ossetia region, said Boris Dzgoyev, the regional Emergency Situations Minister.
