Six dead as two trains collide in southern Germany

Six people, including three children on a bike tour with their mother, were killed today when two trains collided head-on in south-west Germany.

As many as 25 people were injured when the two trains crashed shortly after noon on a single-track line between the towns of Schrozberg and Niederstetten, west of Nuremberg.
