Iraq accuses Allies of targeting civilians

Iraq’s health minister today said 36 Iraqis had been killed and 215 wounded in yesterday’s allied air strikes on Baghdad.

And he accused the United States and Britain of deliberately targeting civilians to break the will of the Iraqi people.
