Slobodan Milosevic's health continues to deteriorate says a colleague of the former Yugoslav president.

He has been indicted for atrocities his forces committed in the 1990s wars in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo. The former president has refused to appoint a defence lawyer, opting to represent himself.
