Diana death photographers to be prosecuted

A Paris judge has ordered three photographers to trial for pictures they snapped of the 1997 car crash that killed Diana, Princess of Wales, and her friend Dodi al Fayed.

The move follows a complaint for invasion of privacy filed by al Fayed’s father, Harrods owner Mohamed al Fayed, said judicial officials.
