Judge Roy battles to keep 10 Commandments

A US judge today vowed to fight an order to remove a 350 stone Ten Commandments monument from his courthouse.

Alabama Supreme Court chief justice Roy Moore is to appeal a ruling that the granite structure in the entrance hall of the Montgomery court goes too far in promoting religion in government buildings.
