Girl, four, dies in triple murder

British detectives have launched a murder inquiry after a four-year-old girl and two adults were found dead in a tower block flat in London.

Police named the girl as Fahmeda Ahmed who was discovered with a woman named Nurjahan Khatun, 31, and a man, Kamal Uddin, 35.

A fourth person, a man in his 30s, was in a critical condition in hospital after also being found in the building at Columbia Road, Bethnal Green, east London, just after 8.30pm on Thursday.

The three are believed to have been stabbed to death and neighbours described scenes of a bloodbath.
