Israel given right to expel relatives of terrorism suspects

In a landmark decision, Israel’s Supreme Court ruled today that relatives of Palestinian terrorism suspects from the West Bank can be expelled to the Gaza Strip, but only if they are proven to pose a security threat.

A special nine judge panel made the unanimous ruling in a case that pitted Israel’s security concerns against human rights claims.
