US warns of 'certain' al-Qaida attacks

The US Vice President Dick Cheney has claimed the chance of more al-Qaida attacks on the United States is "almost a certainty".

Mr Cheney is suggesting that Osama Bin Laden’s network is re-grouping after a winter of disruptions caused by military operations in Afghanistan.

However, the Vice President warned that officials don’t know when the strikes might happen, or where.
