Two more British citizens moved to Camp X-ray
Two more British prisoners have been moved to the US Camp X-ray detention centre in Cuba.
The British Foreign Office has confirmed Ruhal Ahmed, 20, from Tipton, and Jamal Udeen, 35, from Manchester, have been transferred from Kandahar in Afghanistan.
It brings the number of British al-Qaida suspects held at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base to five.
Relatives of the pair were informed that they were being moved to the base.
Shafiq Rasul, 24, and Asif Iqbal, 20, both from Tipton, and Feroz Abbasi, 22, from Croydon, Surrey, are already at the base.
There was outrage from British and other European politicians when conditions at the base were first made public.
But the International Committee of the Red Cross now has a permanent presence there and a team of UK diplomats sent there by British Prime Minister Tony Blair declared the regime humane.
A second visit was not being discussed with Washington, the British Foreign Office spokesman said.
