At least 16 killed in Indonesian floods
At least 16 people have died and thousands more were forced to evacuate their homes after torrential rain caused flooding across Indonesia.
At least 13 of the victims died in the capital, Jakarta, where rivers burst their banks.
Three more died on the island of Bali after a dam overflowed, triggering landslides.
Around 40,000 homes were also evacuated , while dozens of houses close to rivers were washed away in the floods.
The Indonesian army has dispatched 300 rubber dinghies to the worst affected areas.
