Israeli hardliners call for Arafat to resign

Israeli hardliners have called for the removal of Yasser Arafat as Palestinian leader following a series of suicide bombings.

Mr Arafat has ordered that dozens of Islamic militants are arrested and has promised further harsh action, but Israel remains sceptical.
