Woman who killed stepdaughter jailed for 15 years

A woman convicted of killing her six-year-old stepdaughter has been jailed for 15 years.

Tracey Wright was found guilty of manslaughter and wilful neglect by a jury at Norwich Crown Court last month.

Her stepdaughter, Lauren Wright, died at Welney, Norfolk in May 2000.

Tracey Wright's husband, Craig Wright, who was also convicted of manslaughter and wilful neglect, has been jailed for three years by a judge at Norwich Crown Court.
