NATO press on despite British death
The British Government says it will press on with its NATO Operation Essential Harvest in Macedonia despite the death of one of its soldiers.
Sapper Ian Collins died after a gang threw a lump of concrete through the windscreen of his armoured car.
NATO’s spokesman in Skopje, Major Barrie Johnson, said the search for Mr Collin’s killer would continue. "There were some witnesses. The Macedonian authorities along with our own military are investigating but we are very intent that this criminal act will be prosecuted and will be punished."
