A Belgian man with one leg has set out to conquer Mont Blanc.
Arnaud Van Schevensteen, 30, plans to hang-glide or ski back down from the 4,807-metre-high peak - Europe's highest mountain.
He lost his leg at the age of nine after suffering from cancer.
He climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania in January.
