21 feared dead after pilgrims boat capsizes

A boat carrying pilgrims on the Ganges River in northern India capsized, and at least 21 people were feared dead, police said.

The boat was carrying 28 passengers when it capsized on Sunday at Narora, a town 90 miles east of New Delhi, said local police chief Rajiv Krishna.
